I guess using a PDF editing program you can simply change a digit on the year and done. Is there a way for the club of VYSA to get notified of this?

says the newbie ^^^^. Its done all the time in youth soccer especially with the English isn't your first language teams. My son has played against some 14 yr olds in the u12 league last year.
Certain clubs cheat like hell, most clubs wouldn’t accommodate a player wanting to do it though
