Scrambled eggs with bacon, sausage, taco salads, chicken caesar salad, cheeseburgers w/chaffles, grilled steak (sirloin or ribeye). Most of my meals were some kind of grilled meat (chicken, pork chop, steak, hamburger, fish) with a veg side (green beans, salad, spinach, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli). I also made keto casseroles, cabbage or zucchini "pasta" and mousse style desserts w/berries. I made keto bread, chaffles and rolls too when I felt like eating a sandwich.
I loved it because I wasn't hungry, like I was just counting calories, or eating a bunch of carbs. IF is great too. It pairs nicely with keto and the weight will melt off.
