If you bring it up and they don't correct it, then I may leave it alone because at least you gave it a shot to have things fixed. No need to bring it up multiple times. But do contact them once to do the honest and ethical thing, so at the very least you can have a clean conscience.

I ordered two shirts for a total of $50 from a major online clothing retailer (i.e. not a small/local business) a few weeks ago, and ended up returning one of them. When they received the shirt I was returning, I got two separate return confirmation emails and I now see I have been refunded twice. Would you say anything?
