Between pictures 3 & 6 looks like when the work was done - he looks pretty much the same + age since then.

I'm not convinced he's had a nose job or even hair grafting, but his jawline is completely different.

His face looks thinner to me, which is very likely given how much better he is eating, how much he trains, and given how much older he is now. Some people's faces just thin as they age. Also, he is 100% paranoid about his health, and I'm not sure how willing he'd be to undergo unnecessary cosmetic procedures.

I can't say for certain that he hasn't had *anything* done but he looks like a person who carries any extra weight (even 10lbs) in his face. He's thinner now than he was. That's what I attribute the change in his face to.

He looks fine but I don't like him.

Of course he and his mega beautiful mega rich wife probably both have regular maintenance. They probably have someone come to their house for hair, botox, fillers, facials, and spray tanning regularly.

He has veneers, hair stuff, and likely chin stuff. Nose -- with athletes, you never know if it's a nose job or a break that healed different/better. Botox? It's so minimally invasive and no biggie, yeah, of course, why wouldn't he have it??

If he is visiting a surgeon, it's a good one. Other celebrities should take notes.

DH actually commented on how different/plastic he looks this year — it’s that obvious, even to another guy who is not very attuned to this stuff. Though I will say I only see Botox and filler, not surgery or hair grafts. His hairline looks the same to me, and everyone’s cheeks lose volume with age. He just has good bone structure so it works for instead of against him. (It Also helps a ton that he’s a guy, and a less full face is desirable, unlike for women.) Can’t see the teeth but veneers are pretty common. I think he looks like a rich, vain guy who takes care of his face like an actor or model would rather that the way a typical pro athlete would. But I don’t see anything that radical here. Fwiw I am not either a Brady or
football fan, just calling em like I see em.

LOL you're kidding, right? Lots of guys in elite circles are going under the knife or getting injections. It's now normalized.

Just look at Jason Alexander and Mike Myers in the Super Bowl commercials! So much Botox and fillers.

He looks the same to me. He seems to have lost weight around his face which defines his features.

He eats better now. He is worth $200 mil and has a team of nutrition/fitness/health consultants.

Really? He looks the same to me, or as expected with age. His face and jaw were wider/fatter when he was younger, but it is normal to lose that into your 40s- and have a narrower more chiseled face. I know I do. Hairline looks the same.
