I have one skinny, petite 15 yr old boy and I'm amazed at what he can eat. I'm also amazed at how skinny he is. He eats 2 boxes of waffles in 2-3 days. He can eat a 12-inch cheesesteak all in one sitting. Then, an hour later, he is hungry again. I heard that a teenage boy can eat a lot and he probably eats less than other boys but wow!

I believe it. I have just one teen boy and tween girl. My grocery bill skyrocketed once he entered puberty and keeps going up. If you looked at him-tall, but thin, you would have no idea how much he eats.

We have 3 boys, 12, 10, and 8- they play baseball, basketball, and they swim. We spend around $500 a week on groceries right NOW. "But mom, I've only had THIRDS!" is a common refrain in our house. I can only imagine where it's going to go from here.

This would be my guess too. If they had a tennis court, pool, hot tub, etc. it was probably the hang out house.

My Aunt use to say “I’d rather pay for a wedding that feed your teen boys”
I spend $300-$400/ week for 2 teen boys ... one is an athlete and he eats double what the non-athlete eats.
Also looking at their credit card bills one is mostly McDonald’s/Panera the other is Moms/True food.
