Try COQ10 from Theralogix for a full 3 months ahead of your next stim.
Read the book: It Starts With the Egg
Podcast: The egg whisperer

I am an N=1 so take with a grain of salt, but I got 15 eggs and all mature after 6+ months on ovavite (CoQ10 + a pre-conception vitamin). Fewer total and fewer mature the previous cycle. Chance? Worth a try!

Worth a shot.

Please note that even though it is possible to purchase antioxidant supplements and products in pharmacies and supermarkets, our OvaHealth Supplement is unique! It is produced in a way to preserve the acai berry’s natural high level of antioxidant activity that we measure by biochemical analysis.

Errr, I'm sensing a bit of conflict of interest here... are there any studies on this that don't come from the supplement manufacturer?

Yeah possibly but you can’t actually buy that supplement anywhere. You have to go to CCRM to get that brand. Anyways there are virtually no high quality peer reviewed studies about IVF and certainly almost none on supplements. It’s probably worth trying high quality acai if your doc okays it. I don’t see how it would hurt, and it might help.

I haven’t done a lot of research on this personally, but some autoimmune conditions associated with infertility - like hashimotos- can attack the ovaries and ovarian function. Things like a gluten free diet might help, again, not personally sure if it can help AMH or egg reserve, but it’s worth looking into.

NP here. I hear you and am a poor responder with low AMH as well, but sugar pill effect cannot make your ovaries regrow eggs. Once they're gone, they're gone. Some people have much better success on different protocols, and supplements like CoQ10 and HGH injections may be able to improve egg quality.

Does cosq10 work for quantity, or only quality? I took that for a few months before my retrieval.

It's fine if it doesn't work consistently just looking for something that might help with that sugar pill effect.

Is there anything a woman can do outside the normal protocols to improve the number of retrieved eggs given low AMH? I’ve read about acupuncture but that’s about it.
