Heard excellent things about Village and knew someone who used to teach there. Heard the opposite about Top Hat from two families.

I’ve also heard great things about VMS (from former teachers). I liked everything the director had to say as well. They seem very child focused (e.g. reduce class size if they have a need...kids who may need a little extra attention.) I would have chosen this school if it wasn’t so out of the way for us.

I’ve heard great things about Village from several people. The only reason I didn’t choose it for my own daughter was because they have limited schedules. There’s no part time option or an option for a half day.

Looking for feedback on Top Hat Montessori and Village Montessori in Gaithersburg. What’s been your experience? And if you visited both, what made you choose one over the other? TIA!
