I’ve never looked at Couch to 5k, so it may already be like this, but look for jog/walk programs too. Some people train to do marathons like this (with walking segments during the actual race too). You do set intervals of walk time then jog time. You don’t have to run the whole thing to finish! Good luck!
Also, if you’ve been very sedentary for awhile, don’t feel like to have to do a whole 60 minutes tomorrow. Work up to it.
