The same girls that went into ECNL's PDP system will go into Super Cup, so it's not really a new thing. The new part about it is that it will be bigger and will now has a club competition component to it. Playing against the best in a competitive environment is only going to help these players.
Selections will have a political component, and will not be perfect. All sports at this level are like this. But it's better than PDP because there will be more girls in it. In any event, it's not going to amount to much this year, we'll be lucky to have national championships.
