NP. Yeah it’s rare if it happens once or twice in a winter season of 3-4 months. So 2/90 days, ie around 2%. That’s rare.

once every two years is very rare especially in the life of a small child.
But if you take issue with the term “very rare,” how about “OP your kid might not get this opportunity again until he is 7.”
