I am 7 weeks and have really bad nausea. OBGYN told me take 1/2 tablet of unisom at night as well as 50 mg of b6 morning and night. I told DH to get me the unisom and he came back with three types: unisom sleep tabs, unisom sleep gels and unisom sleep minis. The sleep gels have 50 mg of diphenhydramine. The sleep tabs have 25 mg of Doxylamine succinate and the sleep minis have 25 mg of diphenhydramine. Which one is the one I should be taking? And should I be taking half of 50 mg or half of 25 mg?
