Same with my tween. She wasn't really washing her scalp and wasn't getting all the shampoo out.

Suave Clarifying Shampoo - I have very oily hair and it's great for me. It's pretty harsh though, so she might not want to use it every day.

Based on experience with a DC and talking to a few other parents IRL, you should consider the possibility that she may not be getting all the shampoo out of her hair or not really washing it properly.

Herbal essences, rose hip. No need for fancy sulfate-free shampoos. She needs one that will strip some oil from her scalp and smell nice. It's gentle enough for her to use everyday.

I found out my tween wasn’t washing the scalp well. She was really only washing the ends of her hair....a quick tune up on how to wash your hair helped this problem

I like the L’Oréal everpure shampoos. Your dd’s scalp may have become may be producing more oil secretions as puberty approaches so the baby shampoos are simply not cutting it, or may be she’s using too much conditioner.

I bought this for my son when his hair started looking greasy (around age 12). It's great for once a week (I use it too) but for regular use, he uses a Loreal clay shampoo I bought on Amazon.

I use Malibu-C. As a white girl with a naturally greasy scalp, hard water makes it worse. You may need to get the gold packet to strip the grease out once. I buy it on Amazon rather than directly from the site. But I think it's the same price either way.

Is there conditioner in the shower? She might be using that and not rinsing thoroughly. If that’s not it try Trader Joe’s tea tree shampoo.
