Same. What a weird question. Like OP is actively seeking to be defined by a zip code? That's really pathetic.

If you really want traditional Social Register, Henry James character prestige, maybe either the Upper East Side, right on Central Park on the west side of the park, or somewhere in Westchester County,

If you want a place somewhat like Georgetown, you could try looking at Brooklyn Heights.

If you’re looking for “prestige” in Westchester, it really depends on where in the county. Yonkers is way different than Pound Ridge, Bedford, or Chappaqua.

Yes, I suppose? A lot of people like it because of the Village-y feel -- small quaint looking brick buildings or townhouses. A lot of great restaurants in the area.

But if you are looking to live there, it will cost you to find someplace "nice" precisely because of the small, quaint looking buildings. Lot of cramped apartments and walkups. If you want space and convenience, hope you have big money for a townhouse like a celebrity.

Long ago it wasn't, but certain parts of it are now very expensive.

Haha wtf do you mean by prestigious? It’s expensive. A lot of celebrities live there. Has a lot of restaurants and bars. All of Manhattan is expensive except maybe upper Manhattan. It depends on what you are looking for. I love upper west side because the park is there and it has a lot of good grocery stores.

No.
Don't go past 10th street.

Are you looking for prestige or a good place to live? What does good mean to you?

It's not the Upper East Side, but it costs money to live there, yes.
