Agree this is the most likely outcome. Its possible they have the votes to return ES sooner, but the vaccine POD complicates that. However none of this will stop them from waiting until 10pm to hold the damn vote.
They really do owe the elementary teachers longer to get vaccinated. 3/3 for all makes sense. Gives numbers time to drop and more staff to get the vaccine.
Its not so much that as they need the ES nurses and health clinic specialists to help run the POD.
