Verizon is having issues up and down the east coast. Seems like a cable was cut in NYC.

I don't think that's a school thing - my DH got that a few weeks ago and had to change his password. Google web should walk her through that process.

OP here - thank you - we tried on two different computers and tried restarting computers - just wanted to make sure it wasn't user error (I am a dinosaur when it comes to computers!!)

My child is a Longfellow and she and several classmates just got booted off of BBCU and teachers are now pausing instruction because they are saying Blackboard is having issues. I am wondering if this is countywide or just at our school? Please let me know if anyone else is experiencing connectivity issues with Blackboard! Thanks!
