Just buy the hot chocolate bombs online.

But Lidl has the hot chocolate on a stick. 2 in a pack for $4. We bought them, melted a bit more chocolate and then rolled them in crushed candy canes for Christmas. You could do birthdate cake confetti/jimmies instead.

Yael does hot chocolate on a stick. It's a cube, not a bomb. You stir it in to hot milk. Would recommend.

Not sure about the cocoa bombs but Baked by Yael has amazing cake pops. Easy to work with too.
