It will be fine, OP. The thing to do is drive with your windows open for maybe 5 minutes after. Then you'll be good to go.

How old is your car? Newer ones you can do the test yourself in Maryland. It is really easy.

All they do is drive it a few feet and plug into the OBD-2 port under the dash.
What’s the concern? Just wipe it down with hand sanitizer on the steering wheel, gear shift and door handle.
It’s not like they’re living in the car for a month blowing their nose on everything, JFC!

Wear a mask and make sure the tester is wearing a mask, use a wipe on steering wheel afterward, open windows for a short time once you're back in, and wash hands when you get home.

Just wipe down the hard surfaces with an alcohol based wipe. Then yes, ride for a few blocks with the windows down (it is not dangerously cold if you are anywhere near DC) and you'll be fine. Keep your mask on until you're done with the airing out.
