I got the feeling that it was not so much that they were a secret, but the city was making information up to throw Ward 3 seniors off the scent. I mean there is really no way you could justify an entire Ward only have one vaccination point, so why not tell them that they had other "secret" inoculation points?
Look at the end of the day the last thing that you want to do is to mobilize a group of Ward 3 seniors. Too much education and time on their hands.

I have written to Mary Cheh with regard to the lack of testing sites in ward 3. To my knowledge there is one. The Safeway on Connecticut Ave near Chevy Chase Circle. This is problematic for many of us who are not mobile but qualify for the vaccine. Today I received a reply from her office in which I was told that there were 3 vaccine sites in Ward Three, but they were secret as DV did not want people showing up unannounced for vaccines. My question to the neighborhood is has anyone seen any other sites in Ward 3? I know Sibley has some for patients, but they are not an option on the DC site and are not open to everyone.
I am anxious for real information about this.
Probably designed to keep brown people out of the Ward. Don't want them lining up in Ward 3 CVS's.
Seriously, how stupid are these people? The vaccinations are given at Safeway Pharmacies, Giant Pharmacies and CVS Pharmacies. I am sure that Ward 3 has plenty.
Stay west of the river. Thank you.
