That might be a good idea. It can be used as a in between chair for the older child and the baby can take the joovy.
No way my 3 yr old would stay in a high chair. Your nanny wants them in a high chair because it requires less supervision, per se, if they are strapped in. But many 3 yr olds won't stay put and can climb out making high chairs more dangerous than helpful.
