Any proof of her infidelity is very helpful. It can often sway a judge in your favor even if it's not 'technically used'. Divorce Courts are much more receptive to men. It's no longer the woman is always right.

Do not move out. Record her when necessary so she can't claim a made-up abuse thing against you.

She cannot kick you out of the house. Unless it's agreed upon and she buys you out of the house, she's not getting the house.

You are in a dangerous situation here. Make sure you always have an overnight bag packed with at least one change of clothes toothbrush Etc and any medicines you might need. Because mark my words and next thing she's going to do is claim that you physically abused her. Then you come home from work one day and find out that you are kicked out of your house for at least two weeks and you can't even go back in to get anything.

Make sure you get a no trespassing order which is different than an order of protection against the boyfriend. That way if he ever does visit the house when you're not there and you find out he's in violation of that order. It's really easy to get and it's permanent.
