After the WNT’s lawsuit there is no f’ing way. That lawsuit killed DA because US Soccer was not Committee equal resources to both genders. If a MLS team had a women’s team they would have to provide the same funding, etc. They do not have that problem in Europe. I agree that Americans do not care about women soccer(they do not care about men’s soccer either). They only care about the Women’s World Cup. I do not know if the NWSL will survive the changes being forced through because of the WNT’s lawsuit.

NP, but I don’t find that to be a laughable statement. The Soccerplex has incredible fields. But it would be insane to play in the US if you could play for Lyon. The talent level and soccer culture there are worlds ahead of any NWSL team, not to mention the appeal of being young in France.
the Soccerplex may have nice fields, but everything else from lorckerrooms to trainers rooms to indoor facilities are going to be laughable compared to what Liverpool or man city or Lyon or PSG can offer

There are a number of them(USWNT) playing in England. Macario is still very young. I do not think you can say she is the future ...as in a dominant player Messi, Ronaldo, Haaland, etc. You can say the USWNT will become younger and she fits the style of play of the cores players moving forward- Lavelle, Mewis and Dunn. She is still young let’s what happens when she is 24.
I am not OP but Macario clearly possesses skills not held by any USWNT. No other player dominated college like Macario and the simple fact that she can land a spot on Lyon is proof enough that she is a star. Someone who starts for the WNT will lose their position to Macario before the Olympics.
