I have no idea is my 30 year marriage is / has been "affair proof" -- but that long sort of barfy list is mostly how we treat each other. Equally. I wouldn't have married him if that wasn't how we began.

My therapist just had this conversation with me when I said “wtf, I did everything right”.
Her answer: affairs are never about the one betrayed. It’s what is wrong inside of the cheater.
