Are we sure the FEA is real and not just a parody account?

Read the article. I don’t think it is necessary for kids to be vaccinated for adults to be safe, but maybe I am missing something?

You aren’t missing anything.

The FEA just has some screws loose.

After all of this, I will NEVER vote for an FEA endorsed candidate. It is political poison.

“ The coronavirus is here to stay, but once most adults are immune — following natural infection or vaccination — the virus will be no more of a threat than the common cold, according to a study published in the journal Science on Tuesday.”

Once teachers are vaccinated we won't need those things. They should use the money for remediation/summer school.

FEA is demanding no days of community spread and kids being vaccinated before opening...

They need to ensure proper Hepa filters and ventilation as well as equipment for social distancing are purchased and just talked about. APS has not laid off anyone sure funding helped self-pay staff stay employed like cafeteria workers and extended day staff.

There have been funds. Why did you think there weren't?

Interesting enough this was released at Devos exit. All states received funding months ago, and some less than Virginia, but yet they opened in the fall. I can't help but wonder if local counties are utilizing these funds to get our kids back safely into the classroom or just sitting on it.I had empathy when I thought there were no funds, now what is the excuse why they didn't get schools ready over the summer. Now we are in a spike and I'm they know they will have to answer to the Feds soon why the money is not being used to open schools.....
