My MFM had me take it until just a few days before my scheduled c. As PP said, it’s considered helpful in many cases. Ask your doctor.

Are you not under the care of a doctor? Your doctor should be overseeing any treatment and care. You shouldn't be self treating.

keep taking it. It's actually been found to be beneficial during pregnancy. Especially for older moms. There was a big thread on this a few weeks ago

Hit submit too soon. MFM recommendation was because I’m at risk for preeclampsia so if not at risk would have stopped at 10 weeks.

My RE usually recommends stopping at 10 weeks. However, because my MFM recommended starting at 12 weeks, in the end I was told not to stop it all.

For women who took low dose aspirin when trying to conceive, after you became pregnant - when did you stop? Not finding a lot of helpful guidance on this anywhere. I am terrified to stop taking it and cause a miscarriage, if it is what helped me get pregnant this cycle.

I know it is also sometimes recommended for women with a history of pre-eclampsia starting early in the second trimester. But perspectives on taking it in first trimester seem to be lacking.
