I think I did different quadrants and didn't worry about sides.

I did both of my shots in one day on the same side and then switched sides the next day. It was too confusing for me to keep track of which shot went where! Much easier to remember if I put them in the right or left side the day before for all of them!

Right now I’m early in my cycle and doing follistim AM, menopur PM. Do you do the injections on different sides morning and night, or do same side the whole day and switch the next day? Trying to minimize soreness and sensitivity as I progress.
