It worked for me on the first time. I was 36 with pretty severe DOR (AFC of 2).

I do letrozole + trigger + TI. I got pregnant on my 5th round of 5mg but unfortunately miscarried at 9 weeks. Just got pregnant again on our 7th & 8th round but both were chemicals.

Interested to hear if anyone had success on first or second round. This is most likely our next step. Have not had any fertility treatments before and have one child already but haven’t had success again after 7 months of trying following a chemical and MC.
