Where do you live? Patisserie Manuel in silver spring is amazing. Pickup or delivery depending how close you live.

Whole Foods delivery croissants have been good in the pandemic.

Fresh Direct (frozen) oven ready butter croissants are very good. We’re in Manhattan, though - not sure if Fresh Direct is available on the DMV?

Fresh Direct has them too. And pain au chocolat. Frozen.

I've been missing these too. Just ordered some from Gaston's Bakery through Sur La Table. They are better than TJs, but way more expensive. I did get a $15 discount but had to pay for shipping so it was more or less a wash. They come in chocolate and butter.

You could get them at Whole Foods as well. We like their unbaked ones and bake them on weekends. Easily delivered along with other groceries.

You just put them on a baking sheet, leave them out overnight, and put them in the oven in the morning. They rise beautifully, taste delicious, and cost less than $5 for a box of 4. It really could not be easier!

Granted TJ doesn't do delivery, but I think Postmates could get you door to door delivery service if that was really a priority.

Love the ones from Williams Sonoma and they aren't that expensive compared to getting one at a bakery.

I think the frozen croissants at Trader Joe's are just as good, however you'd have to go into the store to get them.

My DD has a hankering for croissants. I don't want to spend and arm and a leg. Any suggestions?
