Oh sigh. All 3 are great. Pick the housing option with shortest commutes since at some point people will need/want to go back into the office.

Bethesda Magazine runs a chart annually (sorry I do not have a link) you may be able to find it in the colleges forum on a thread from Sept - which shows how many kids applied to each college / got offers / attended.

It breaks it down to all the Bethesda High Schools - that is certainly one way to assess the differences. Not the only way, but it may help you.

Of course I think WJ's better! But I may be biased, as will anyone else answering this question. Almost no one has kids at more than one of these.

And, yes, it is more diverse.

They are the rich folks schools... BCC is a drop more diverse in terms of race and income, but not by much.

GS scores are based on test scores alone. There are more things to learning in school than just test scores.

Look at the FARMs rate difference in the schools. That will explain the rating.

BCC is fine. If you don't want to be in a cluster with the poor (usually equates to nonwhite), then don't choose BCC.


Funny, that's why we chose BCC. We wanted some modicum of diversity

All good schools. Don't base any decisions on GS! it is like using Yelp, but for a much more important decision than where to eat!
