Thin enough for what?

Yeah, water weight. Fat loss is not guaranteed without tracking calories.

At 50 there is definitely a trade off between ass and face. Keep that in mind.

I think 140 is the best you can do. 130 is not within reasonable at this point in your life without starvation

I’m 5’8” and 150-155. I feel slim. Why don’t you feel slim? You are tall and should carry that weight well. I was 120-130 before kids, then 140 after the first.

This is a great question. Really think it through. Do you think that being "skinny" will change some aspect(s) of your life? Are there health reasons? They "why" is a great first step and it requires total honesty (which can be more difficult than it sounds--even when you are only being honest with yourself).

You are 5'8" and 150. You're fine. I think you're just seeking attention.

You probably won’t ever be. That that’s okay. You can be your size and healthy and beautiful. Just move and eat your vegetables.

I think you’re not getting responses because this seems like a not real Q.

Move more and eat less. But surely you know that?

You know your current habits and lifestyle to know what that actually means.

If you currently are inactive and eat a bunch of crap, it won’t be that hard.

I’m 5’8 and 50 years old. I’m 155 and would like to be 130 . I weighed that in high school then most of adult life I looked slim at 140 or so. Last ten years I’ve been up to 170 and am now 155. I don’t know how to get back to really slim - advice?
