Thank you. Fingers crossed, the one therapist that the website says is in network comes up on the Aetna site as out of network. I sent a message and we'll see what they say.

Look for a woman who treats adult women with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions or some language like that.

Reviving this thread because I'm in the search for a therapist but need to use insurance. I found a few lists of therapists and not a single one was in network for Aetna insurance. I see her for PMDD, but most patients are more similar to you.
She has really helped me and I wish that I had known about her and reached out for help when I had crippling PP anxiety.
