One of my kids came home with the wrong face mask last week. Yuck!

Teachers are bringing kids out to parents. Parents arent accessing the rooms.

Leave a coat at school. We did that. The teachers are putting kids in a warm car. They don't need the coat if you have one in the car.

One of a pair of mittens. And one toy that wasn’t labeled, she brought in a car that she grabbed in the car, and then she returned from school with a completely different car like 3 days later.

Weve lost one jacket and a vest. Im not sure how I can buy those cheaply enough to not care and there are no 2nd hand options for clothing on FB Marketplace that are reasonable. Again 10-20 for me is more than I am willing to lose 2-3x and I purposefully buy a size larger so we can get through 2 seasons.

There have also been emails sent and no one has returned them.

Not understanding how outerwear gets lost. It usually goes on the child’s hook or cubby. I can see a pair of pants. On occasion, I’ve been given the wrong sheet or shirt.

Yes this is my problem- its not mittens or a hat or the wrong blanket- and the response has kind of been "oh well oops lets send an email to see if another kid accidently wore it home"....and then nothing gets returned.

How many clothing items get lost from your kids preschool/daycare?

Just trying to figure out if I am being unrealistic about my expectations. These items are labeled in 2, sometimes 3, different places.
