They do have actual FUTSAL shoes but any indoor boots will work price range for a kid $25-$125 easy to find

Go look online at adidas and see what your kid likes. We have had some great success with Adidas over the years and you can usually find them on sale. If you're comfortable maybe go try on a pair at a local soccer shop to see how your kid feels. I'm sure they would appreciate the business. The Nemeziz and Predators are pretty popular. Nike also makes some great shoes. Alternately, you could go with something like a Samba and have for after the season for playing around/street vs 2-3 more months of indoor.

Or if you don't' want to buy a new pair, just any court shoe - tennis if he has them, Adidas Sambas, etc. Even basketball low tops. You want to be able to grip the floor and move laterally.
