So many different ways to flavor the overnight oats. Here's one way I like to do it, which I call the "Peach Pie"
Prepared in a mason jar:
1/2 cup oats
2-3 TBS chia seeds
1 TBS ground flax seed
Dash of cinnamon or pie spice
Splash of Vanilla extract
Brown sugar (I add about a TBS about obviously you can reduce)
Spoonful of Peach Jam
Vanilla Oat Milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Mix well, let sit in the fridge overnight
In the morning, add some toasted pecans on top
