What if your job was on the east side, near Gramercy/Murray Hill?

Easy Uber ride, especially with an unlimited budget.

Spoken like someone who has never lived in Manhattan. Often, traveling by car is the least convenient way to get around NYC.

I live in Manhattan.

East Village. I spent a lot of my 20s there flying over from London and staying with friends.

When people ask a question like this -- one that seems inapplicable to most DCUM readers -- I always wonder if they're writing a novel? How about it, OP? Should we be expecting to see your story of a childless, phenomenally wealthy, 3-something single gal living the good life in Manhattan on the best-seller list soon?

Murray Hill

Why?

At least in the 2000’s, Murray Hill was a lot of 20-somethings with a lot of roommates. That being said, I love the area.

Lincoln Center or Tribeca.

Post says there is an unlimited budget for rent! I'd definitely pick West Village, or Chelsea.
