Some of these Principals pretended that parents didn't want to send their kids anyway because that was easier than admitting that WTU was hurting most families, but now the survey results clearly show demand to reopen. I do think that the idiotic parents who supported WTU then turned around and asked why we haven't reopened really hurt us too.

Your school was supposed to have outreach to the community to gather the voice of the community.
The target that was communicated is for at least 25% of students to be back in the building in some manner.

I know it doesn't mean much and could simply be referring to more/expanded CARES classrooms. Also the "as health conditions allow" means there's nothing to get excited about at this point. But still, any time I see something like this in writing it gives me a tiny thread of hope!
