Hearsay is not a valid source. Nor is Wikipedia. Everybody knows this.
I have spoken to actual students whose teachers have told them this. Actual students. I am active in our church's youth group and this was a big issue. Not all teachers or all schools, but there were definitely sub groups trying to discredit hybrid. Which makes no sense because the secondary teachers have to go in either way. Anyway it doesn't matter now, the choices are made.

There are many anectdotal reports on Facebook of LCPS secondary students whose teachers told them not to pick hybrid because it would be "DL in school" and "like jail" among other things. In fact our principal went out of his way to refute these false claims multiple times.
Not naming our school, but its a middle school with an awesome principal as anyone at the school knows.

No. Its because many schools and teachers purposefully went out of their way to make hybrid sound awful and now they are gloating that it worked. Our school went out of their way to promote the safety and benefits of hybrid and our numbers reflect that.
Can you please back up your statements? What school are you?
I know no schools that purposefully canvassed for DL

No. Its because many schools and teachers purposefully went out of their way to make hybrid sound awful and now they are gloating that it worked. Our school went out of their way to promote the safety and benefits of hybrid and our numbers reflect that.
