Apparently considering the House just had to pass a one-week Continuing Resolution before the entire federal government shuts down - WE CAN'T.
F**king fund our government and pass the damned relief bill, then play with the other stuff.
Are they up there debating a climate change bill right now in Congress? I didn't know. Or DACA or tearing down the wall? Please explain more about this.
Nope. Just marijuana legislation. Big news.

Well...I think Biden's campaigning message throughout the pandemic was to get the country back on course in terms of COVID and the economy first. For example, on trade deals, he said the US needs to focus domestically first before reaching out to other countries for FTAs. I didn't hear him prioritize any of the climate change or other issues before COVID or the economy. You're just raising a straw man.
Secretary Kerry announcing we're rejoining the Paris Climate Accords is definitely a prioritization.
I haven't heard Biden or his Treasury Secretary announcing a new Covid Relief Act being brought to the floor and voted on in Congress. Where is that?

Anonymous wrote:Speak for yourself. Climate is absolutely anpriority and cannot be ignored any longer. The very nature of climate change is long term so if you are always waiting for short term issues to be fully resolved then nothing will ever be done. There will always be a more immediate crisis.

I'm already seeing Dems push for this and that re climate change and DACA and tearing down the wall.
Can we get the basics done first? Relief aid for Americans is and should be the priority. Killing off the Covid-19 pandemic + distributing 330 million vaccine doses should be the priority.
Not this.
