What? This is insanity, sure some woman are fertile until their mid forties but many are not, even if they have previously given birth. Read up on secondary infertility.

1 month for #1 at 33
8 months for #2 at 36-37 (mostly because of two miscarriages)

All 3 on the first time. Miscarried one.

Took about four months or so? Same as for our first at 32. Baby #2 happened the month after a chemical pregnancy.

Also, we were using the Clearblue ovulation thingy with the smiley face. Probably would have taken longer if not for that.

At 35 it took maybe 2 months but I was still breastfeeding our first.

Conceived our 3rd at 37 while actively trying not to.

None of this matters though because it's all very individual. There are women who can't conceive in their 20s and 45 year olds who can and do become pregnant even when they're trying not to.

1st at 34 took 6 months
2nd at 36 took 4 months

1st took 4 years
2nd 5 months
3rd 8 months (I was over 35 for this one)

2 months.
We have four kids and had my last at age 43. It's never taken more than three months to get pregnant.

3 years and failed IUIs for #1 - got pregnant at 32 and lost baby
2 tries for #2 at 33 (delivered 34)
5 tries for #3 at 35 delivered 36
8 tries for #4 att 37

One year plus IVF, but it took 3 years for baby #1, and I started at 32. It just depends on you. How long did it take for your first? I’d assume if not long, the second won’t take long either. It’s not like you are 43.

Two more kids both conceived the first time I tried.

I conceived baby #2 on my second cycle trying at 36.5. I charted from the beginning of trying and saw that I had a short luteal phase in my first cycle so I started taking whatever B vitamin is supposed to help with that and got pregnant the very next cycle. First kid, conceived at 34, was also conceived in the second cycle trying.

We are trying for #2 (36 yo) and I made the mistake of reading all the stuff on the internet re: how much fertility drops after 35. Would love to hear how long it took folks in this age range to conceive their second!
