Giant definitely has them. Also Shalom's in Silver Spring and Moti's Market in Rockville for the pre-filled oil cups if you use those.

If you're anywhere near NW D.C., Rodman's has a ton of them available, and it's easy to be in and out of the store quickly.

Synagogue gift shop. Most will schedule a time for you to pick up. Not sure where you live, but you can order on Temple Sinai website and schedule time to pick up.
