Serious question : you think going January to June with an interim and this school board is preferable ? (I don’t fault the guy for leaving I just don’t think people should be so quick to thinking his absence will be better for anyone in the district)
PP here. I honestly don’t think it will make any difference. He was ineffective and the interim replacement will be too. Time will tell if the permanent replacement will be any better. I kinda doubt it.

My spouse is doing the same thing. He earned it and has a better job offer, why shouldn’t he go? Same for Williams. You can’t be mad at the guy for taking a bonus he earned and then bouncing outta northern Virginia. He’s just one of the exodus the entire education system will experience after this year.
