My mom loves her Skylight frame, as she can see photos better than on her phone. You can send photos and videos and they upload to the frame immediately.

Flowers for my mom, she loves them but rarely gets them.

You could look on softsurroundings for gifts for your mom.

Is your dad interested in pickleball or badminton? Lots of fun things to do on the lawn to keep hand-eye coordination. Google portable badminton.

My parents do even less than yours. I'm going to do some outdoor things that involve lots of chatting and a bit of movement.

Gift of time. The promise of theatre or concert tickets once the pandemic is over. Pick up a fancy lunch and eat it in their or your back yard, while maintaining distance.

Kindle gift card, puzzle, maybe some warm socks or fancy snacks or other comfort-type things. But my mom is trying to sell her house and move so she pretty much just said she wants a Kindle gift card and not more "stuff".

What are you giving your older relatives for Christmas? My parents are mid-70s, barely leaving the house due to COVID 19. They have enough money to buy whatever they really need, which isn't much these days. My dad plays tennis, but has so much tennis stuff already. Mom does basically nothing -- health problems keep her in bed or on the couch 90% of the time. She asks for a sweater every year, but is so specific that it's almost ridiculous (warm, cardigan, prefers cashmere (!!), must be petite sized). Any ideas?
