Me too! Trying to stay positive for teen DD but I feel like I just don't care about anything. I don't want to cook, or exercise, or go to the grocery store, or put my stuff away. Lol

Amen. Sunset at 4:50 is brutal when school ends at 3. We have to IMMEDIATELY drop everything and get them outside, if we dither we miss our chance.

Then we have long hours from 5 to bedtime where it feels like dead of night.

We are trying to get up earlier but school starts at 8 so not huge margins there either.

Yes, it's gotten especially bad lately. It's like I never recovered from the emotional exhaustion of election week. Then add in the rise in COVID cases, all of the Trump won't concede drama, cutting back on social activities because of the increase in COVID, the winter weather coming and not seeing family for holidays.

Yeah, I'm exhausted.

I'm basically just hanging on by a thread until the vaccine. At least that's what I keep telling myself to carry on each day.

Same. It’s the time change. It really just sucked the fun out of life. We loved walking together as a family and riding bikes. Now it’s dark when we get home. Just long and boring. Basically couch potatoes now. And my kids wake up too early because the sun is up too soon and they’re tired all day

We never ate out or did takeout before, but for us it’s the prepping and cleaning for every meal in our small kitchen that exhausts our will power by the time dinner rolls around.

Me too, OP. I notice I have less stamina too. I walk every day and take a weekly trip to the grocery store. If I have to do additional errands or have appointments, it really wipes me out.
I work from home and average about 50 hours/ week.

Yes and I think it will only get worse as winter drags on
