Blech! An absolutely horrible disgusting name to saddle on a baby. Plus, what kind of nickname are you going you going to use? Only Leona’s I know are over 70. I don’t see that as a name coming back anytime soon. , I am a fervent hater of old lady names of any kind.

Leona is beautiful! Makes me think of singer Leona Lewis. I do also know someone with the middle name Leonore and prefer that spelling
