Subject: Are Biotin supplements safe to take while breastfeeding?
It says that on pretty much everything. Googlijg brings up multiple articles that says it's safe but you can always call your doctor or pediatrician to ask.

Why on most Biotin bottles it says to consult a doctor before taking the supplement?
