This is me! I'm a normal healthy person who doesn't like coffee. Drink soda pretty much every day. It keeps me alert and focused. I especially drink a lot when doing lots of laundry and cleaning. soda is more effective than medication for my menstral cramps.
When I feel guilty I follow with lots of water.
