Yeah it definitely builds up. I always removed it on the shower. I’d lift one leg up and rest it on the side of the tub and then clean myself out.

I am on Crinone and, as I've been warned, I have some... build up. Trying to dig it out with my fingers is pretty uncomfortable and seems ineffective. Anyone else have this experience? Tips for clearing out the build up more comfortably and effectively? So Gross!!
