I was like this with both my pregnancies. I never vomited, but trying to eat anything was close to impossible. I would wake up in the middle of the night from hunger pangs and force down some dry toast. I'd also go for the most calorie dense foods, like peanut butter, so that I'd only have to do a spoonful, and whenever I stumbled upon a craving, I latched onto it immediately and would eat lunch at 9:30 or 10AM.
