I just let myself fall for new men all the time. Coworkers, friends, neighbors, etc. I flirt with them and enjoy the high for a few weeks, they eventually do something that’s a huge turn off, and I lose all feelings. A month later I’ve found a new one.

The best is when you can be bored with someone and still enjoy it. It only gets better from there. It usually means every experience together is fun too. Different strokes. I like all the seasons.

One of the reasons i never married is because I love dating and falling in love/like/lust etc. I am bored with someone at the 2-3 year point. It does not mean I don't love them. I am still friendly with nearly all my former boyfriends.

I had a child on my own; I have never wanted to tie myself to just one person.

You're only 15 years in you could still get some surprises. I hear things get real interesting around 20-25 years. Chin up!

I am addicted to this feeling. Now many years into my marriage I miss it desperately. Sometimes just a night out alone getting attention is enough to tide me over but with covid it’ll be a looooong time getting my fix.

Watching holidate which is a romcom and its making me so nostalgic for falling for someone...the sense of hope and possibility and anticipation

of course, there's also the heartbreak, loneliness and disappointment but i'm just focusing on those magical moments right now. wish it was possible to still feel all that sense of possibility about what's going to happen with someone 15 years and 2 kids into a relationship!
