My neighborhood service station works in my old civic hybrid. They’ve been able to do any repair that has come up. I think any shop that services foreign cars would be able to work on it.

Any place that works on Toyota can service a Lexus. Same car, same diagnostic software, same manuals, same specialty tools, same part #’s.

An 8 yr old hybrid is going to be near the end of the locomotive battery lifespan. It’s not a difficult swap for a new battery pack, but it’s expensive.
