This. The Council is seeking applicants for the Commission on Redistricting Now. The deadline was extended to November 9.

Because of population growth, Ward 6 almost certainly will have to shed some people, either back to Ward 2 (basically reversing the 2011 redistricting) or Ward 7 or both (expect a hilariously overwrought outcry from anyone moved to Ward 7).
